Roladel is a marketplace where people buy and sell services. On Roladel:
One account can do both: you can buy Solutions, post Problems, and sell your own Solutions.
When a buyer orders, Roladel holds the payment. The seller is paid only after the buyer accepts the delivery.
Both sides can leave a review after the order is completed.
To create an account:
Roladel sends you an email to confirm your address. Until you confirm it, you will see a Please verify your email notice at the top of the page.
To sign in: click Login, enter your username or email address and your password, then click Sign In and continue.
Important: Your username is shown publicly and cannot be changed later, so choose it carefully.
If you signed up with Google, you can also use Continue With Google to sign in.
No. Your username is permanent. It is your public name on Roladel and appears on your profile, your Solutions and your reviews.
You can still change your full name, profile photo, headline and description at any time in Settings > Profile Settings.
To see how others see you, open My Profile in the menu.
Your username is your public name, and signing up only needs a username, an email address and a password. Your full name in Profile Settings is your choice.
Some money features do need real details:
Click Go to Live Chat Page at the bottom of this help panel, or open the Contact page. There you can:
Replies to your support request appear as a Support conversation in your Inbox.
To save a Solution for later, add it to your Favourites. You can find them under Buying > Favourites.
Can't find what you need? Post a Problem and let sellers send you offers.
Your order then appears under Buying > Orders. Next, send the seller your requirements so the work can start.
The total you pay can include:
So the checkout total can be slightly higher than the price on the Order Now button, because the processing fee is only added at checkout. For example, a Solution shown at $30 (a $10 price plus a $20 admin fee) with a $1 processing fee costs $31 at checkout.
The Total Amount on the checkout page is the exact amount you will pay. Prices can be shown in your chosen currency; the checkout page shows what you will be charged.
Important: Always check the Total Amount before you pay.
The payment methods available to you are listed on the checkout page. They can include:
Have a coupon? Enter it in the Enter Coupon Code field on the checkout page and click Apply Coupon Code. Coupons are issued by Roladel for specific Solutions and can only be used a limited number of times. If the code is not valid or has expired, you will see a message and the price will not change.
After you pay, your order waits for you. The page shows RESPONSE TO START ORDER.
The order starts as soon as you send this first message, and the seller's delivery countdown starts at the same time.
Important: The seller cannot start until you send this message.
Go to Buying > Orders. Your orders are grouped into tabs: ACTIVE, DELIVERED, COMPLETED, CANCELLED and ALL.
Open an order to see its status, the delivery countdown, the order chat and any delivered files. From the order page you can also print an invoice.
When the seller delivers, the order shows Order Delivered. Check the work carefully, then choose one:
Important: Only click Accept & Review Order when you are satisfied. Once an order is completed, the payment is released to the seller.
Post a Problem when you want sellers to come to you.
To see offers, go to Problems > Manage Problems and click View Offers. For each offer you can see the seller's price and delivery time, then click Contact Now to ask questions or Order Now to order.
From Manage Problems you can also edit, pause or delete your Problems.
Buyer Rewards give you Shopping Balance for completing orders. Each time you complete the number of orders shown on the Buyer Rewards page, the reward is added to your Roladel balance automatically and the count starts again.
Open Buyer Rewards from the menu to see your progress, the current reward and the total rewards you have earned.
You can attach files to your messages.
Important: Keep payments on Roladel. Roladel only holds and protects payments made through Roladel checkout.
An order is cancelled when both sides agree, or by Roladel customer support.
Where does the refund go? When an order is cancelled, the order amount is returned to the buyer's Roladel balance (Shopping Balance), not to the card or bank used to pay. You can use it for your next order.
Important: The refund is the order amount: the Solution price and any extra services. The processing fee and any admin fee paid at checkout are not part of this refund.
If you and the other side cannot agree, contact Roladel support with your order number.
Roladel customer support can cancel an order when needed.
Buyers: after a delivery, click Request A Revision, describe what needs to change and submit it. The order shows revision requested.
Sellers: read the request in the order chat, make the changes and deliver again with Deliver Order. The buyer can then accept the work or ask for another revision.
After an order is completed, the buyer can review the seller and the seller can review the buyer. Choose a rating, write about your experience and click Give Your Review.
You can change your review later with Update Your Review on the order page.
Yes. You can order from the same seller as often as you like.

Open Selling > Revenues (on a phone: the profile button, then Selling, then Revenues).

Your deposits and their status (Successful, Processing or Failed) are listed under Deposit history.
If the page says funding by bank transfer is not available yet, this option is not switched on at the moment.
Important: Only send Naira (NGN) to this account. Your BVN or NIN is sent securely to Flutterwave to create the account; Roladel does not store it.
Go to Settings > Account Settings > Account Deactivation.
When you deactivate your account:
You must withdraw your available balance first. The button stays disabled until your balance is zero.
Important: Deactivation cannot be undone.
The current rates are shown on the My Referrals page. Every reward and commission is checked by Roladel before it is approved.

Each item has a status: Pending (waiting for review), Approved (added to your balance) or Declined.
You can share your link on social media, websites, YouTube, Telegram groups, blogs, forums and email lists.

Click Provide A Solution (or Selling > View Solutions > Create New Solution). The form asks one question at a time:
On the review screen, click Edit next to any answer to change it, then click Publish Solution.

Roladel's commission is taken from the price and extras when the order is completed. See "How seller earnings and clearance work".
Go to Selling > View Solutions. Your Solutions are grouped into Active, Paused, Pending Approval and Requires Modification.
Use the actions on each Solution to Edit, Pause, Activate or Delete it, preview it, or make it a Featured Listing.
If a Solution is under Requires Modification, read the modification message, edit the Solution, then choose Submit For Approval from its actions.
Going away? Turn on Vacation Mode on the View Solutions page. Buyers will see that you are away and cannot order until you turn it off.

Before you can withdraw, add where the money should be sent:
Important: Check your details carefully. For USDT, only use a TRC20 address - sending to an address on another network can mean the money is lost. For bank accounts, the account name must match the name registered with the bank.
You need at least the minimum amount shown on the Revenues page in Available for Withdrawal. Only cleared earnings can be withdrawn.
Your request starts as pending. Roladel reviews it and then approves or declines it. You can follow the status in the Transactions list on the Revenues page.
